This service is designed for athletes or clubs who cannot form a complete 3-weapon team (Foil, Épée, and Sabre) on their own. The Competition Administration Office will match athletes into mixed teams based on gender and age category. Athletes who have not entered the individual events of this tournament are also fully eligible to participate in the team event through this matchmaking service. Applications are accepted from individual registration (1 person) or from incomplete groups of 2 to 4 members.

1. Target Categories

Since the team events for this tournament are held separately for men and women, matchmaking will be conducted strictly by gender.

• U14 Men’s Team / U14 Women’s Team: Elementary school students and above, up to 14 years old.
• U17 Men’s Team / U17 Women’s Team: Elementary school students and above, up to 17 years old.

※Important Note:

• All target athletes for both categories must be elementary school students or older.
• Overage entry requests across different categories are NOT accepted through this matchmaking service.

2. Team Composition

• A mixed team will consist of a total of 3 athletes (1 Foil, 1 Épée, and 1 Sabre) within the same category and gender.
• Applications from 1 to 4 members are supported, and the Competition Administration Office will fill the missing weapons (or reserve spots).

3. Participation Fee (Per Person)

※Fees apply only when a match is successfully established.

• Residents of Japan: 7,000 JPY
• Overseas Residents: 70 USD

• Please ensure you read and comply with the official tournament outline regarding equipment regulations and match management before applying.

• By July 25 (Saturday), 2026: Matchmaking and Assignment Process by the Office
• By July 27 (Monday), 2026: Notification of Results & Invoice Delivery to Registered Members
