Tokyo International Tournament Registration

Entry Procedures and Important Notes

Please follow the steps below to complete your entry for the 2nd Tokyo International Fencing Competition (TIFC2026).

1. Download the Entry Sheet: Download the designated Excel file from the official website.
2. Fill in the Required Information: Please fill in all items in Roman alphabets (English) accurately.
   • Please provide both the “Official Club Name” and “Abbreviation” in Roman alphabets.
3. Upload via Google Form: Fill out the dedicated form and upload your Excel file.
   • Only Excel files (.xlsx) are accepted. Other formats will be invalid.
4. Invoice and Payment: After reviewing your entry, the administration office will send an invoice via email.
   • Overseas Entry: PayPal
5. Completion: Entry is officially complete upon payment. The administration office will not send a separate confirmation. Please keep the payment notification from PayPal.

• Please ensure all names are entered correctly as they appear in your passport.
• Telephone numbers and email addresses are mandatory for urgent match updates. For children without a mobile phone, provide the contact information of an accompanying person (guardian/coach).
• Entry by team is recommended, though individual entry is permitted. Invoices will be issued per uploaded Excel file.
