[Important Notice] Opening of Accreditation (AD Pass) Applications for Accompanied Persons

To ensure safety management inside the venue and smooth competition operations for The 2nd Tokyo International Fencing Competition (TIFC2026), we have officially opened the application process for Accreditation (AD Passes) for accompanying persons (coaches, parents/guardians, etc.).

An AD Pass is required for accompanying persons to enter restricted areas, such as the Arena Area.

[Application Rules]

  • Each athlete is permitted to register only one accompanying person.
  • Applications must be linked to the Athlete’s ID.
  • Athletes themselves do not need to apply for an AD Pass.
  • Even if an athlete participates in multiple categories, only one AD Pass application is required. There is no need to submit separate applications for each category.

[Venue Area Classifications & Important Notes]

  • Spectator Seats: No AD Pass is required. Anyone may freely watch and cheer.
  • Warm-up Area: Accessible without an AD Pass.
  • Arena Area & Seating During Direct Elimination Rounds: An AD Pass is strictly required.
  • Validity: The AD Pass is valid only on the specific day(s) of the athlete’s competition.
